Health benefits
Employees are eligible for medical/prescription, dental, and vision plans after 60 days of employment with a choice of two medical plans. We also offer health savings accounts with a company contribution, and both Healthcare and Dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts.

401(k) plan
We want to help our employees plan and save for retirement. For employees who participate in Everstory's Retirement and Saving Plan, Everstory will match 25% on the first 3% of all pre-tax contributions.

Short and long-term disability
Employees can elect short-term disability to receive 60% of their pay in the event of an injury, illness, or parental leave. Long-term disability coverage offers a percentage of employees' income if an injury or illness prevents them from working over a long period of time.
