Full-time employees are eligible for medical/prescription, dental, and vision plans. We also offer Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) with a company contribution, as well as Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

401(k) plan
Because we understand the importance of planning for the future, Everstory plays an active role in helping employees save for retirement. For employees who participate in Everstory's Retirement and Saving Plan, Everstory matches a percentage of all pre-tax contributions.

Short and long-term disability
We offer plans to help employees protect their income in the event of sickness or injury. Employees can elect STD to receive 60% of their pay in the event of an injury, illness, or parental leave. LTD coverage offers a percentage of employees' income if an injury or illness prevents them from working over a long period of time.

Employee Assistance Program
Our Employee Assistance Program offers five free consultation sessions to employees and their household members. Team members can connect with professionals to discuss challenging topics such as the loss of a loved one, stress, addiction, and more. Sessions are virtual, confidential, and provide 24/7 access to professionals.
Tuition reimbursement
Everstory offers annual tuition reimbursement, and through our partnership with Delaware Valley University, we also offer tuition discounts and incentives. Everstory Partners will always remain committed to our employees’ growth and development.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
We offer a generous PTO program for eligible full-time positions, including Vacation, Sick, and Personal time.

Basic and optional life insurance
Everstory provides basic life insurance to all eligible employees, regardless of their enrollment in our medical plans. Employees also have the option to elect additional life insurance to provide for their loved ones that depend on their income for support.
Voluntary selections
Eligible employees may opt-in for hospital indemnity, critical illness, and voluntary accident coverage to secure a safety net in the case of any unexpected illnesses/hospital stays. We also offer identity protection and cyber coverage, pet insurance, and legal coverage.
Anniversary Award
In January 2026, Everstory launched a new Anniversary Award program, designed to recognize and thank every employee for their dedication and contributions year after year.
